Where are the mugs made?

Our mugs are produced on demand via Printful and shipped from their production facilities in Europe.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is on average 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. After production, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Can I return my order?

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us via our contact page.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes, our mugs are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend washing them at a low temperature to keep the print looking good for as long as possible.

Can I order a personalized mug?
